You may search the MMM/PMC Medicare Part D Drug Formulary 2026, in several ways:
•You can use the alphabetical list to search by the first letter of your medication
•The prescription is dispatched in a pharmacy that is part of the MMM network
•It complies with other rules established by the plan
The Formulary is a list of drugs selected by the MMM/PMC Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee that includes prescription drug therapies that are considered a necessary part of a quality therapy program. MMM will generally cover all drugs included in the Formulary when these:
1. Are medically necessary.
2. The prescription is dispatched in a pharmacy that is part of the MMM network
3. It complies with other rules established by the plan.
