If you are employed by a Washington, Oregon or Alaska-based group (effective 1/1/17 for Alaskan groups) OR purchasing Individual coverage (non-employer based) in Washington, Oregon or Alaska (Alaska as of 1/1/17) , certain oral chemotherapy drugs may be covered under your medical plan. Please check your member booklet or call the customer service number on the back of your member ID card to verify your benefits.
