If that drug is included on My Choice Wisconsin’s drug list (formulary), it will be displayed in the results. If there is more than one drug product that displays, you will need to select the drug you are looking for from a list of possible choices. Click on the specific drug you are searching for to see details about its coverage, including Prior Authorization, Step Therapy, or Quantity Limits, if they apply.
If your search does not display the drug you are looking for try these tips:
