This search tool includes a list of covered drugs on our 2012 formulary.  This formulary may change during the year.  To get updated information about covered drugs, please call our Customer Service Department at 1 (800) 541-8981 (TTY users should call 711) during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  From October 1 through February 14, our hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., seven days a week.
